I began my career in the Midwest as a Licensed Mortgage Broker and over the course of several years I assisted hundreds of families and aspiring home buyers realize their dream of home ownership. I am very familiar with the various components of Real Estate lending, including appraisal, home inspection, title issues and closing processes that help facilitate a smooth and seamless transaction.
I decided to move from the lending side to the sales side of the Housing Industry as a licensed Real Estate Broker so that I could enjoy greater flexibility and a healthier work life balance. What this 360 degree knowledge of the Real Estate industry offers my clients is someone who has a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of successfully presenting a property to the market and closing a sale.
