AIMEE
I began my career in the Midwest in the field of Early Childhood Education Directing Child Development programs affiliated with a large regional healthcare system and the Proctor & Gamble Corp. I am acutely aware of the qualities and features that families appreciate in a community and a home.
I later became a Licensed Mortgage Broker and over the course of several years I assisted hundreds of families and aspiring home buyers realize their dream of home ownership. I am very familiar with the various components of Real Estate lending, including appraisal, home inspection, title issues and closing processes that help facilitate a smooth and seamless transaction.
I decided to move from the lending side to the sales side of the Housing Industry as a licensed Real Estate Broker so that I could enjoy greater flexibility and a healthier work life balance. What this 360 degree knowledge of the Real Estate industry offers my clients is someone who has a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of successfully presenting a property to the market and closing a sale.
My husband and I live in Echo Lake just north of Woodinville and enjoy spending time with our children and grandchildren, cheering on the UW Huskies and the Seahawks, flying our Cessna 182 which is based at Harvey Airfield in Snohomish to visit family and friends and taking our collector vehicles to car shows and car club events. We are also active Real Estate Investors and have purchased many seriously distressed properties, rehabbed and polished them into beautiful new housing.
